What kind of job are you looking for? (02/03/2008)
I'm not looking for a job, I am looking for a career. Challenging, rewarding, and the chance to work in a fast paced, competitive, international environment.
What do you want to do when you grow up? (02/03/2008)
My dream was always to have my own company and manage my own employees in a quiet and gentle place. And have a really good relationship with my people.
What are you most passionate about? (02/03/2008)
Learning and challenge. Also my family and friends.
How would your co-workers describe you? (02/03/2008)
I don't know, it's a question you should ask to them, but I think that something like that: Friendly, dedicated and outgoing. Creative, safety and quality minded.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (02/03/2008)
I want to be working at a company where the people around me are competent, hard-working, and friendly, and where the same is expected of me. Maybe also where I have the respect and friendship of whoever's under me. And in a position where I'd get rewarded for doing good for the company.
What did you learn from your previous job? (02/03/2008)
My previous job was really fruitful, I learned how companies train their employes using eLearning courses and I was interested in the SCORM World. Also met with good co-workers who still maintain a friendship.
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? (02/03/2008)
I like new technologies, I love to explore and try new tendencies (like Web2.0, Ajax, etc) and apply to my projects to make a better quality production. And my weakness is specially when the work is not well organized or planned. I hate to work counter-clock to deliver a bad planified project on time.
Why did you choose this career? (02/03/2008)
I always thought that anything can be easy, anything can be modified or recreated to make things easier. Even in internet. Internet can be accessed from any point in the globe, and makes it so exciting. This is the main reason because I like to show my skills to the world.
